Introduction

By booking or attending any session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with your session or program with Authntic LLC.

Scope of Services

Authntic provides professional services including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), Elite Brain Health Coaching, and Lifestyle Strategies Coaching.
These sessions are designed for personal growth, mindset development, and wellness support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Confidentiality

All sessions, communications, and materials are confidential.
Information will only be disclosed under the following circumstances:

  • When you provide written consent.

  • When required by law or court order.

  • When there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or cases involving minors, vulnerable persons, or criminal activity.
    Recordings or notes from sessions will be stored securely and never shared without consent.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate fully, and take responsibility for your own progress.
You understand that transformation requires active participation — listening to personalized audios, completing follow-ups, and integrating new behaviors between sessions.

Liability & Disclaimer

Authntic LLC and Maria Thornton are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of any information, techniques, or services provided.
You agree to hold Authntic LLC harmless from any and all claims related to your participation.
Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.

Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below).
By booking a session, you consent to this policy and the secure storage of relevant information.
If you do not agree, please refrain from booking a session.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.
