A structured coaching experience

The authntic reset is offered as a three-, six-, or nine-session coaching experience, designed to support clarity, nervous system regulation, and meaningful integration over time.

This offering is best suited for individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed, are navigating significant life transitions—such as relationship changes, career shifts, or business growth—and are ready to commit to sustained, supportive change. It is also appropriate for those seeking greater emotional resilience, clarity around their goals, and a deeper understanding of the patterns influencing their choices.

This work can be supportive for individuals exploring addictive or compulsive patterns, alongside appropriate professional care. If you are seeking support in this area, you’re encouraged to reach out so we can discuss whether this coaching approach is aligned with your needs.

The authntic reset is designed for those willing to stay present with the process long enough to experience real integration. Change is not forced here. It unfolds through consistency, reflection, and nervous system support.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, allowing time for reflection and nervous system integration between sessions.

Offerings

Elite Brain Health Coaching

60 minutes

This foundational session creates clarity and direction.

We explore how brain health, lifestyle patterns, stress, and nervous system responses may be influencing your current experience. The focus is understanding—not diagnosis—and building awareness that supports informed, intentional change.

This session may include brain health education, lifestyle and environmental influences, nutrition guidance to support optimal brain health, stress patterns and nervous system responses, and clarifying goals and intentions for our work together.

Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)

90-120 minutes

Root-cause understanding is foundational to this work. Many long-standing emotional and behavioral patterns are shaped by beliefs formed early in life and stored within the subconscious mind.

Using guided hypnotherapy as a primary tool, we identify and update subconscious beliefs and learned responses that may still be influencing your thoughts, behaviors, and self-perception. You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the entire process.

Each session includes a personalized transformation audio to support continued integration. Repetition strengthens neuroplasticity — the brain changes through consistent reinforcement — allowing insight to become embodied, lasting change.

3, 6, or 9-Session Series
Initial Session: 120 Minutes

The authntic reset is a structured transformation series designed for depth, clarity, and lasting change. The first session focuses on building rapport, gaining clarity, and identifying the belief systems shaping your patterns. Through a comprehensive assessment of your history, current challenges, and goals, we begin uncovering root causes and outlining a strategic, aligned path forward. As Marisa Peer says, “We can’t heal what we don’t understand.” Insight creates leverage.

We open and close with a brief mindfulness practice to support integration. The nervous system protects familiar stories—even when they no longer serve you—so gently unraveling that protection is part of the work. This session is exploratory and personalized, ensuring your transformation aligns with your real life. From here, we determine and schedule the remaining sessions in your series, building practical, embodied change step by step.

Individual Sessions

Clients may book individual sessions based on their needs and goals, including Brain Health Coaching and RTT Therapy. 

If unsure where to begin, starting with Brain Health Coaching is recommended. This session provides clarity, a comprehensive overview, and helps determine whether additional sessions would be supportive.

All services are coaching-based and therapeutic in nature, collaborative and client-led, non-diagnostic and non-clinical, and designed to complement other forms of care.
