Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a guided process that uses focused attention and deep relaxation to access the subconscious mind — where beliefs, emotional patterns, and habits are formed. In this heightened state of awareness, we work at the root of long-standing patterns to update the beliefs driving them. You remain aware and in control. Change happens at the source — not just at the surface.
Elite Brain Health Coaching
This is one of my favorite coaching modalities, developed by Dr. Daniel Amen and is grounded in decades of reaching. It focuses on the brain, how it functions, adapts, and impacts emotional wellbeing. Together, we create a thorough, strategic plan to gain clarity on your path forward. The goal is not only achieving measurable results, but feeling truly aligned and energized in your life, while also preventing cognitive decline and actively supporting brain health.
Rapid Transformational
Therapy (RTT)
RTT is a results-driven approach, created by world-renowned therapist Marissa Peer, that works at the level of the subconscious mind to identify and rewire limiting beliefs at their root. It integrates principles of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuroscience, and neuroplasticity. By accessing the origin of a pattern and updating the belief attached to it, lasting change becomes possible. When the belief shifts, behavior can follow.
“Sometimes the path we think will break us is the very one that reveals who we truly are.”
